LOGOTRI is a relatively new and small Network with 22 institutes and organisations as its charter signatories. Therefore its organisational structure is relatively simple. It has a President, a Vice- President, a Coordinator and a Performance Auditor. The President is the Chairperson of the General Council, which meets once a year. The General Council reviews and approves the biennial work programme and decides the policies of the Network. The Secretariat, headed by the Coordinator, implements the work programme with assistance of member institutes and under the guidance of the General Council. The Performance Auditor monitors the functioning of the Network and suggests measures to improve the quality of the Network's programmes and activities to the General Council
